Still on the diet..

Mon. 5/2
Last night Ryan made pizza for dinner. Big gooey hot cheese oozing veggie and processed meat pizza. And then he ate it in front of me. I had some more turkey (you’re shocked, aren’t you?), fried up some taters, and had a pear too.

Lauren still has diaper rash, but it’s “changing” as Ryan says, it’s not in the same spots. Still looks uncomfortable but she’s not complaining about it.

Breakfast today was a bowl of puffed millet with rice milk, and some apple juice. I haven’t planned out the rest of the day yet, but we’re 1/2 way through the first week, and I’m not going crazy yet!

Lunch was turkey, sweet potato fries, and a pear. I should be drinking more water.

I’ve also been doing a lot of research, reading other mom’s stories and such, and it seems that sunflower and safflower seed oil is ok too. Sunflower seeds are on the short list of foods that I can add soon, so I’m going to take the plunge and try some now. You can get potato chips that are fried in safflower oil and flavored with sea salt at the HFS.
